Just did my taxes…
and I’m not overly pumped about this year’s refund. Probably because this is the first year I’m not able to deduct one of the following:
- tuition payments
- a new car purchase
- large amounts of student loan interest
- the Earned Income Credit (I tell ya, 2010 was rough)
- the Making Work Pay Credit (I really hate that this one expired. That extra $400 would have been nice right about now)
Damn Uncle Sam, help a brotha out!
On the bright side, I don’t owe the Government any money. Definite plus there.
